Advisories Evidence Syllabus Updated

A new syllabus for ​Evidence is now posted to the website and will take effect for the November exams. The  new syllabus was created because with the release of the new edition of the textbook, Evidence: Principles and Problems (13th ed.; Carswell, 2021) applicants may not be able to secure the previous 12th edition (2018).  The new syllabus includes pages from the new 13th edition.  You can study from either source for the upcoming Nov. 2021 exam, but all future exams will be based solely on the new 13th edition of the textbook.

NCA Change Fee

Please be advised that effective March 1, 2024 the fee for an assessment by the NCA (Assessment Fee) will be $400 CDN plus applicable taxes. The NCA operates on a cost recovery basis. It therefore adjusts its fees from time to time as required.
