The NCA Policy Manual reflects our policies with respect to the assessment and appeal processes. The policies are subject to change from time to time. Policy changes will be communicated to NCA students on the Advisories page. All policies continue to comply with the Federation’s National Requirement, the standard that people must meet to qualify for bar admissions in Canada.
