Advisories NCA Exams Return to Three Hours in Duration as of July 2022

Further to the NCA Advisory  posted September 21, 2021, as of the July 2022 exam session, all NCA exams will return to three (3) hours in duration. That is, from July onward, NCA applicants will have three hours in which to complete their exams.

We would also remind you to take advantage of the tools provided by the NCA to assist with the online exam format. These include a practice exam that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The NCA also provides exam writers with access to an online proctored exam practice session during the week before each exam session.

NCA Change Fee

Please be advised that effective March 1, 2024 the fee for an assessment by the NCA (Assessment Fee) will be $400 CDN plus applicable taxes. The NCA operates on a cost recovery basis. It therefore adjusts its fees from time to time as required.
