Refund policy

Application/ Assessment fees – $500.00
Application fees are non-refundable.
Assessment appeal fees – $280.00
Assessment appeal fees are non-refundable.
Exam Fees: $550.00, plus applicable taxes
Exam fees may be refunded upon request. The refund we issue, or the administrative fee we charge, will be applied to the same credit card you used to register.
If you do not cancel the exam in the NCA portal before midnight (ET) the day before you are scheduled to write the exam and do not show up on the scheduled exam day, you will lose the entire exam fee.
Exam appeal fee – $250.00
Exam appeal fees are non-refundable. The fee applies to each exam appeal you file.
