Advisories NCA Offices Remain Closed
Please note that the offices of the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) remain closed. Although Ontario, where the NCA office is located, has begun to reopen some businesses, offices such as ours are required to remain closed for now.
NCA employees are continuing to work remotely and to respond to emails, but some tasks, including file assessments, cannot be completed remotely and are suspended until further notice. As we are not able to receive or process mail or courier deliveries during the shutdown, new applications and assessments will be processed only once the NCA office reopens. We understand that this delay is frustrating for applicants. Please be assured that we will resume processing applications and assessments as soon as we are permitted to reopen our offices.
